Thadd D. Papetsas- Co-founder Papetsas Building Company, Inc. MA Licensed Construction Supervisor, Builder.  Education: Bachelors, Boston College, MA License #CS040889. Thadd has over 40 years of building experience and has been in the business since 1983, contracting, custom building, renovating, designing, and speculating homes.  He is a three-time Historic Commission award winner for “Best Historic Residential Restoration.”  Thadd’s knowledge and vision will bring to fruition any residential project a homeowner desires.

Thadd D. Papetsas Jr.- Papetsas Construction LLC, MA Licensed Construction Supervisor, Project Manager, Builder.  Education: Bachelors, Boston College, MA License #CS106196.  Thadd Jr., more commonly known as Dimitri, has been working on the job with his father learning the building trade and business since he was fifteen years old.  Dimitri graduated from Boston College in 2011 and works full time for the company running the day to day operations, further proof that Papetsas Building is a true family business.
